Adrian Stoica

Adrian is a professional with 25+ years of experience in coordinating and implementing strategies in the areas of logistics, procurement, industrial operations and providing digital solutions for the supply chain. With a history of significant contributions in the field, Adrian has had the opportunity to work, globally, with hundreds of partners from the top management of companies, actively contributing to solving their challenges.

Based on the knowledge gained in supply chain management of major local entities, such as ICME ECAB SA, he expanded this expertise globally, working within firms such as Accenture UK, Procurian and ICG Commerce in London for 12 years, as a consultant, implementing such strategies for companies with operations in all global regions (Europe, North America, Australia, Africa and Southeast Asia).

Specialized in strategic planning, corporate governance and performance optimization, he has a proven track record in managing direct and indirect material flows (such as chemicals, non-ferrous, packaging, MRO and CAPEX) for industrial manufacturing, construction and FMGC. Adrian has also gained expertise in warehouse automation, picking strategies, palletizing cobots, RFID and their integration into management systems.

He is Six Sigma certified since 2008 (green belt), has implemented many projects based on the Lean philosophy, has capabilities in the field of data analysis, WMS/ERP/MRP systems integration and knowledge in the use of Power Bi, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, geographic information systems directly applicable in logistics (QGIS and ARCGIS Pro) and Python programming.
