Alexandru Ion is Managing Partner of City Logistics, a real estate consultancy and brokerage company with integrated services in the commercial area – industrial and retail –, which offers transaction solutions and specialized assistance for owners, tenants, developers and investors, both national and international, covering the entire process of identification, rental and/or sale of logistics and production spaces, as well as strategic support for real estate investments and developments.

Previously, Alexandru coordinated activities within SIF Imobiliare and SIF Hoteluri, two subsidiaries of SIF Banat Crisana, managing portfolios of industrial, commercial, hotel and agricultural assets, with responsibilities in the area of ​​investment and financial analysis and management.

His professional experience began in the banking sector, in project finance and investment banking, where he developed solid skills in financial analysis, business plans and financing structuring. A graduate of an MBA in Financial Management from the City University of Seattle, Alexandru brings a solid understanding of how real estate investments and infrastructure can support the competitiveness and consolidation of the logistics industry in Romania.
