Ana Lupu currently serves as Senior Manager, Global Transportation at Procter & Gamble, where she leads global transportation budgeting through strategic financial forecasting and cost optimization initiatives. Her role carries direct responsibility for financial performance, operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making at an international level.
She has over six years of experience within the company’s transportation organization. Prior to her global role, she managed transportation budgeting and financial planning at European level. Earlier in her career, she worked in process auditing for Europe Transportation, contributing to strengthening internal controls.

Her journey with the company began during her university studies in the UK, when she joined as a summer intern in the Finance department of Urlati plant. After completing both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the UK, she returned to Romania and to the company, where she progressively advanced to her current leadership position.
