Dorina has over 15 years of experience in Supply Chain and Strategic Procurement, gained in top multinational companies such as Stabilus, Miele, and Lactalis.
Throughout her career, she has led complex logistics operations, implementing supply chain optimization strategies and ensuring the efficiency of sourcing and distribution flows.

Currently, she holds the position of Procurement Manager at Lactalis, where she oversees local and regional procurement processes for specific material categories. In this role, Dorina focuses on building strong supplier relationships and developing a sustainable and efficient supply chain that contributes to the company’s financial goals and operational performance.

She firmly believes that personal development is a continuous journey. In her free time, she enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and hiking. Beyond her personal growth, Dorina is also deeply committed to education, seeing it as a key driver of progress.
