Since 2014, Bancroft Private Equity owns 100% of the company's share capital. As a result of the capital infusion, the company rebuilt its strategy from a national level to a regional one. Dumagas Transport invested and operated changes in operational flows to support sustainable development.

Dumagas opens an office in Istanbul at the end of the third quarter of 2014. It is a first step towards regional development.
