The 1 Decembrie 1918 University of Alba Iulia, through the Faculty of Economic Sciences, announces the organization of the first dual-regime bachelor's degree program in Operational Logistics in Romania.

Dual higher education is a form of organization of full-time university studies, in which the learning process is shared between the university and various economic operators. It is regulated by the Order of the Minister of Education no. 4275/2024, the Law on Higher Education no. 199/2023 and the ARACIS standards for dual education, aiming at acquiring relevant professional skills and facilitating the transition to the labor market.

Structure of the educational process

The workload specific to learning, teaching, and work-based learning activities is shared equally between the University and the Partner Organization (companies). The activities are divided equally:

• 50% theoretical and applied activities at the university
• 50% work-based learning activities and internships at partner companies.

Lactalis Romania (ARILOG member) is among the first partner companies of this study program and, thus, continues the educational programs through which it invests in the future of young people.

This study program aims to connect the academic environment with the real needs of the industry, through a format that combines theoretical training with practice in Lactalis factories, alongside dedicated mentors.
