Almost 3 years after its establishment, the law firm Danilescu Hulub & Asociații confirms its position in the market by consolidating new areas of practice and expanding the team

Danilescu Hulub & Partners (DHA), member and supporter of ARILOG, is consolidating its position in the Romanian legal market and launching a new brand image.

In the almost three years since its establishment, the law firm has consolidated its leadership position in the three industry sectors it has set out to address in an integrated manner – transport, logistics and infrastructure. During this period, DHA expanded its team, which today consists of 10 lawyers, and developed additional practice areas.

Lucian Danilescu and Andreea Hulub, the founding partners, co-opted and formed a young and dynamic team, with an exceptional individual path for each of its members, and they intend to continue this development process, following the upward trend.

Andreea Hulub states "The current rebranding is a natural consequence of our development: we have grown organically in these years, recruiting both senior lawyers and young graduates whom we have trained. In this way, we were able to develop practice areas where in-house expertise existed, but taking on larger projects required a larger team. In the extended format we have managed significant M&A, real estate and banking projects for our clients."

With this rebranding, the image of the firm wears a new, modern coat, aligned with the business law practice on the continent. In the new structure, the company pursues a complex development plan, with the full involvement of its members in the development and promotion processes of the company, practice areas, important projects, as well as its members, individually. 2023 will be the first financial and professional year in the extended format and with the express assumption of all practice areas announced with the new website and the new image.
