On September 25th, the 41st edition of the Erisma – Creative Leadership program begins.

Erisma is a program that breaks down barriers created by preconceptions such as: "My formative stories aren't relevant to others," "I’m not qualified for public speaking," or "I lack storytelling talent."

At Erisma, you will discover that your formative experiences serve as sources of inspiration and connection for those around you. When you share your lived experiences, lessons, and convictions, you gain the attention and trust of others.

Erisma is a program designed for those who lead people, teams, or businesses. It is a high-impact experience that boosts self-confidence and strengthens your ability to show others who you truly are.

The program comprises five modules—Theatrical Techniques, Creative Writing, Self-Discovery, Philosophy, and Public Speaking—led by instructors Horia Roman Patapievici, Marius Chiru, Adrian Titieni, Liviu Papadima, Mihaela Gînju, and Mugur Ciumăgeanu.
