The first ERUDIO program, Erisma-Creative Leadership, was launched in 2005.

Today, Erisma has reached 37 consecutive series, over 700 graduates, top managers and leaders from the Romanian business environment.

The act of leadership is "going out on the ramp" in front of the people you lead.There, through your thoughts, ideas and stories, you inspire and attract them, focus the energies of those in front of you towards a common goal. Erisma breaks the barriers of usual preconceptions like "I don't think my formative stories are relevant to others" / "I'm not qualified to speak in public" / "I don't have the talent of a storyteller, I have nothing to look for in front of people in such a situation instance".

At Erisma you will find that your formative stories are a source of reflection and mind-opening for the other participants who are also your relevant audience. And that when you tell about the things you've experienced and learned from, or about the things you believe in, you cross the ramp, you gain the attention and trust of others.

On September 20, the 37th edition of the Erisma - Creative Leadership program will begin.

The program includes 5 modules - Theatrical Techniques, Creative Writing, Self-Knowledge, Philosophy and Public Speaking - supported by professors: Horia Roman Patapievici, Marius Chivu, Adrian Titieni, Liviu Papadima, Mihaela Gînju and Mugur Ciumăgeanu.
